Absolutely brutal service experience filled with lies. My 4th car through this dealership and received Zero customer service. Our car was at service for 3 months! It took 5 weeks before the problem was di My 4th car through this dealership and received Zero customer service. Our car was at service for 3 months! It took 5 weeks before the problem was diagnosed and then an additional item revealed when it was time to pick it up. We endured having to get a m rental and being down a car for the first 2.5 weeks before we could even get a loaner. Promise after promise was broken. It was next to impossible to get a call back or a call when someone said they would call. After 2mos the admin still needed to ask which of our cars was there and what for and that they would have to call back because there were no notes in the system. Zero communication or courtesy what so ever. After 4 cars here I will never be back nor recommend this dealership or quite possibly Jeep/Dodge in general. Absolutely brutal More

Terrible experience for an overpriced oil change. The dealer has no regard for anyone's time and is extremely inconsiderate. When I purchased my jeep wrangler from Salesman Glenn Hedges he told me that the service department will give you Exceptional service I really thought he was just saying that because he works there. But Glenn was not kidding Kevin Mullan has helped me a few times and I never had to call the shop to find out about the jeep .He was right on it, making sure that any issue with the vehicle was explained to me , Thats how a service dept is supposed to be. And jeff Henry has also when the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied with the service i received . Thank You Guys Keep up the good work and you will always have my families business when it comes to auto repairs. More
