The dealer was courteous and professional during the complete service process, from scheduling the appoint to doing the repairs. The vehicle was inspected and repaired without having to schedule an addi complete service process, from scheduling the appoint to doing the repairs. THANK GOODNESS Route 18 opened up again. I purchased my minivan there and was forced to have it serviced at another dealer when they closed. My experience at the "other" deal was less than satisifactory a minivan there and was forced to have it serviced at another dealer when they closed. Rich always goes out of his way to make the service process as easy as possible and works with my schedule so that I am not left without a car for too long. He takes the time to troubleshoot my issues and always fixes my problems in the end. More

I'm not sure why or how this dealership was so highly rated in the past but I just recently purchased a vehicle from this group and it has been, without question, the most undesirable service experience rated in the past but I just recently purchased a vehicle from this group and it has been, without question, the most undesirable service experience I have ever had!!!!! I would not and will not EVER purchase anything from this dealership again and would strongly advise anyone else from doing so. They are the most unresponsive, unprofessional, incompetent group of people that I have ever done business with. I got the vehicle that I purchased at a great price but the subsequent interactions that I've had with them has led me to a place that knowing what I know now, they couldn't give me a car, for free. They are literally that bad. It's been a horrible experience and I suggest you look elsewhere.....anywhere before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
