On Friday afternoon May 25th my wife and I set out on a mission to see if we could purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a 2008 Liberty that had an outstanding loan. Our goal was to trade in the 2008 mission to see if we could purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a 2008 Liberty that had an outstanding loan. Upon arriving at the dealer at about 5:30PM we were greeted with smiles and offers of beverages. Bruce, our salesperson immediately came over and introduced himself. We joined Bruce at his desk and explained our goal and showed him an ad that my wife saw in the local paper. Bruce immediately indicated that the price shown includes some rebates that we may not be entitled to and continued to explain what he thought was realistic for us. He showed us the car that was in the advertisement and although the ad car was dark blue we asked if we could get it in black. Bottom-line is we were able to achieve our goal, no out of pocket money, a very reasonable monthly lease payment, the loan on the 2008 Liberty paid. We drove out at about 7:30PM in our new black Grand Cherokee. My wife and I our no strangers in buying new cars, we have had several new cars over the years. It is refreshing to see that honesty, integrity and a true desire to please a customer is high priority at this dealership. My wife and I strongly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Jeep. More

This is the first time we have gone to this dealership for service. Our red light was on among other things. The car is a 1997 dodge caravan with 104,000 miles. I wanted a number of items checked along with an oil change and my exhaust looked at since it was making noise and sounded like there was a hole somewhere. When I brought my Jeep in for service, I was pleased to see Richie at the service desk. I remembered him from a former dealership. I dropped my Jeep off the afternoon before my scheduled service date. The following morning Richie called to advise that I needed front brake pads but everything else looked good. The noise I heard from my exhaust was actually a crushed aluminum can that had somehow gotten stuck between the pipe and the sidewall! This was a pleasant surprise since I thought I would be told I needed a new exhaust system. Richie also told me that I didn't need to have my air filter changed since it was clean and appeared new. (I had it replaced during a previous oil change at another mechanic.) I appreciated Richie's honesty. The cost of all maintenance and repairs was reasonable and I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at Route 18 Auto. More

When I called in about my problem they were quick to see me. While I was there Rich informed me that there was a recall! His estimation of how long the work would take was on the money!
