I had such friendly service here. I was embarrassed to even stop in (I actually drove passed it but then decided to turn around) because I had left my sunroof open on my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and even stop in (I actually drove passed it but then decided to turn around) because I had left my sunroof open on my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and yup, you guessed it, had rained that night. The guys did an amazing job for me, my Jeep looked back to being brand new without getting my butt wet. They even vacuumed the inside and washed the outside, all without making fun of me, at least not too much ;) (I deserved it!). They're friendly, excellent service will definitely be remembered when I need service (which hopefully isn't soon). Thanks again guys! More
We all make mistakes, some are forgivable and others... not so much. Rich and his team at Route 18 took pity on me where they probably shouldn't have, and I can't thank them enough. I left my sunroof open right before the mother of all rain storms. (I'd like to add that the Jeep Liberty engineers knew what they were doing when they designed that car, as my entire electronic dash escaped unscathed.) My leather seats and carpet resembled a murky pond with a stench to match. Rich invited me over to the dealership immediately, and perhaps it was the mixture of pride in the vehicles he cared for and the love I bear for my Jeep, but Rich kindly asked his staff if they would vacuum out water from my car, which they did, thoroughly. Then to boot, washed it and polished my rims with no expectation of compensation. It would have selfish for me to ever have had the expectation that the dealership from which I bought my car would provide such service, but they did. And Rich, I would like to thank you and your team so much for having dropped everything to help the sad sopping girl who stupidly left her sunroof open... (It'll never happen again!) I'll see you soon! More
Called to have one of our company vehicles repaired under a recall notice. Christine was able to fit us in almost immediately. We dropped the truck off and in about 2 hours I was notified that the vehicle a recall notice. Christine was able to fit us in almost immediately. Took car to dlr. for the 15,000 mile service, as an walkin w/o an appiontment. No Problem, Richie took the keys. Dlr. did not sell this car to me. Every person I came in contect with, was very nice. Once again, Rich Warren saves the day. Our car would not start. Called Rich. He coordinated roadside assistance to come to us. Got a jump start, drove to dealer, Rich worked us right in, got a new batter start. Called Rich. He coordinated roadside assistance to come to us.
