A good experience, but not perfect. I'm giving it 4's across the board because I was very satisfied with the experience, but little things here and there could have been done better. For example, I was supposed to have a full tank and didn't; this wasn't a problem because the dealer made up for it, but its just an example of a good dealership and not a great dealership. Bruce is great in person and makes sure you have all available information. Over the phone, not quite as engaging and helpful. That's not to say I didn't get the info I needed, it just wasn't as forthcoming and I was usually the one reaching out to follow up. The model all dealerships should follow is to give customers space when they're making a car decision (which was done in this case) and then once the customer puts down money, follow up early and often with as much information as possible (could have been done better). Following up to give progress, even if it isn't "new" information, is a great chance to build rapport with customers and make them feel like they aren't throwing money into a vacuum. Because I came with my own financing, the actual signing of paperwork and getting out the door was extremely fast an efficient. I was in and out in under an hour including putting the temp plates on. I am a New Yorker who have bot CRYSLER PT 2002 from the individual on the streets of Est Brunswick. When techical problems ocured (few hours after that deal), I have addressed my conserns to the nearest individual on the streets of Est Brunswick. The staff of the dealership mentioned above provided me with the ditaled attention, respect and dignity. They have inspected car and provided excellent work to rebuild damaged parts such as computer, weels, etc. as well as with list of the repaers needs to be done in the future. In addition the building itself is ery confortable, clean and equipt with all nessesary elements for customer's accomodation. More

I discussed on the phone with him the problem that I was having with the electronic control module on my 2010 Jeep Liberty. Rich was very nice and asked me to come to the service department to evaluate the problem. Rich explained that my ECM was not serious and my car would be okay. I later had him rotate the tires, check the brakes and change the air filter. I felt great that I finally found a professional and honest service advisor. I Went in to get a spare key for my Grand Caravan. Rich and the staff were very kind and very efficient. He got my key and washed my car in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with this dealer on Monday for a recall and delivered the car today (Thursday) at 2pm as planned for a 1 hr recall job. Beside not having the part in stock (and not telling me when a recall and delivered the car today (Thursday) at 2pm as planned for a 1 hr recall job. Beside not having the part in stock (and not telling me when I dropped off the car, I had an appointment for that and just that, ) and being unable to perform the recall job... I went to pick up the car and I was struck with a broken solenoid that prevents the key from coming out of the ignition, and I was asked 500$ to fix a problem that I did NOT have when the car was given to them... and I never ever had that problem. Now I cannot take the keys out of the ignition and I still have to fix the part that has been recalled. Useless to say I do not trust this dealer a bit. Do you have any suggestion on how to proceed? Who is going to fix what they broke for incompetence or even worst while they were trying to cash on a situation like this in very bad faith? Of course I contacted Jeep about this... on a good note they also didn't make me pay for the 15$ wipers that were replaced, even if that is no compensation for the 500$ damage they created. After getting lots of BS from local dealerships and dealerships who claim to be "law enforcement friendly" I googled dealer reviews. I found Rt. 18 with great reviews and saw they had plenty of Dodge dealerships who claim to be "law enforcement friendly" I googled dealer reviews. I found Rt. 18 with great reviews and saw they had plenty of Dodge Rams in stock. I contacted Josh (he had great reviews) and told him I was on my way to the dealership which was 1 hour from my home. Josh was very nice and I explained that I did my homework and knew how much the dealership paid for the truck and I knew about holdback and the rebates available. I got a great deal and bought the truck with no hassles. Very impressed from start to finish. More
