Called the dealer to work on a deal for an Infiniti. I have been shopping for a while and had deals on the table at other places. They told me the offer made sense to come on in. I show up, we start talking about price and they wont move below their own advertised price. The manager came over before we left, didnt introduce himself and most importantly didnt respect me as a customer. More

But the worse part was them making you feel like you where takeing up to much of their time. At the east Brunswick location when the jeep is worked on it's explained fully what has to be done and what can wait. they are always friendly even when you might be a difficult customer. The work is done right the first time and what I like the most is if they aren't sure what the problem is they are up front with you and discuss the options. More
