This is the second time, I've visited this dealership. The First time I purchased a car, it took 20 minutes (AWESOME !!!!) I thought it was a fluke. Apparently not. I made an appointment two weeks before I dropped the car off for some recalls. Then I waited for today's for them to tell me that they didn't have the parts for one of the recalls. They told me it was all good to go. When I picked up the truck it had the same problem and they needed me to drop it off again so they could look at it but if they looked at it the first time it would have been fixed.
