Lets just say wow! I have a 2010 Ram which the day before my wedding broke down due to a recalled part which was on backorder. In the middle of pouring rain i had the vehicle towed to Jeff at the dealer. So my wedding broke down due to a recalled part which was on backorder. In the middle of pouring rain i had the vehicle towed to Jeff at the dealer. So professional, he wrote up the workorder and i told him i would call him on Monday. Jeff addressed the vehicle completely and took care of the truck as if it was his own. It did take a little while to get all the parts needed but he got the job done right and the truck drives like nothing happened. Im not sure who the technician was but what an outstanding job he did. Awesome job to all involved getting the truck fixed. Keep up the good work and thanx again Jeff for taking care of my problem while i had my wedding on my mind. Really didnt have time to worry about the truck but it was in good hands. More

As you can imagine, my wife was not happy when the engine light went on the week we bought our new grand cherakee. Rich and Christine could not have been any nicer and done more for us including making sure light went on the week we bought our new grand cherakee. I made an appointment for Saturday June 22, 2013 at 10:30 to get a new key for my 2008 Dodge Caliber. I had called a week beforehand to make the appointment and make sure this could be done. I was told it could be done and would take approximately 45 minutes. I arrived at the dealer at 9:50. I was told I was entitled to a free inspection on my lifetime warranty powertrain. After 2 hours, I was told that my key had been cut incorrectly. I spent 2 hours sitting in a waiting room and I left after 2 hours not getting what I had come in for. All I wanted was a key. I was wiling to pay the ridiculous price for the key. I left after 2 hours with no key because someone apparently cannot do their job properly. All I was given was a list of things that are wrong with my vehicle. A list I did not ask for. All I asked for was a key. I was not offered a discount if I came back another day to get the key made. I was very upset and my concern and dissatisfaction was pretty much just shrugged off. My business was clearly not needed or appreciated. Needless to say I will not be back. I have found a locksmith who will make the key for about $100 less than what you were charging me. I am not someone to get excited or yell in a store when I am not treated well. If the store had been apologetic and offered me a decent discount because of my trouble, I would have gone back. If I had been treated well, in another 2 years when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle I would not have hesitated to come here. Now it is solidified that I will not return. When you make a mistake, you have to make it right. That is what good customer service is all about. More

I was having some trouble with my car, and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. The receptionist told me that they weren't able to get me in any time soon.
