I'm sure all the service people are good but Ken was exceptional. I brought my grand cherokee in for a factory electrical issue, not only did they figure it out, they fixed it and even washed it. Nightmare with exception to Jeff Service was a nightmare. Initially brought vehicle in for window problem repair. After a basic oil change for the 4,000 miles I had accrued, I thought it would be a quick & easy visit. Fast forward to 2 days after the oil change & I discover that the technician did not properly secure the plastic filter panel so I was dragging this piece down the street for miles. Incompetence & inconvenience! Sad, but better off going to your local garage. More

When I bought the truck I told them I wanted a relationship not just a vehicle...the team at RT18 has more than lived up to their end of the bargain.
