Good customer service. Gave me a good deal. Though I went into the dealership to get my car looked at by the service dept, I came out with a new car at a good price. I went in for an oil change. AN OIL CHANGE nothing more. I also had a problem with a brake light and I wanted a spare key. I came away with an outrageous bill for $603. They claimed that "customer requested" the 15K service. No, CUSTOMER REQUESTED AN OIL CHANGE! If they had reviewed past service records, which I made available, they would have seen that I have had all the services up to 50K on this car that has less than 12,000 miles on it. They foisted a bunch of unnecessary services on me, charged me over $200 for a key - without the electronic device that actually locks and unlocks the car - all for a total of $603. These people obviously feel the need to build up their bottom line by any means possible. Their work might have been adequate, but it was certainly overpriced, and there is no excuse for taking 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I do not recommend this dealership's service at all More
No one on the dealership is helpful. After you buy your car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. I took my car in to get serviced & Tony told me I had to pay $99 repeadedly before he e car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. Then, after he got rude & talked down to me & John Cortez the manager got involved, he (yes, the manager of the service dept.) proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to help me. I spoke to the General Manager who made excuses for his employees & in the end did not help me to get my car fixed. I ended up having to take it to another dealership who was more than willing to help me with my repair. More
Service agents are friendly and accomodating. They have honored my appointment each time, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.
