I will never bring my car here again for service. I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was swindled into paying $445.27 when I was not told that it would be additional money for what I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was swindled into paying $445.27 when I was not told that it would be additional money for what was "needed" on my car. I had an appt and waited for over 45 minutes initially for my car to begin service. The serviceman also blatantly lied to me after waiting for over 2 hours for my car, that my car was being washed, and that was what was taking so long, when my car was never in fact washed at all. I've never experienced such poor service at a dealership, and I will for sure never give this dealership my business ever again. More
I called the number on the website to schedule an oil change. I was told I did not require an appointment for an oil change and to just come in. I arrived Saturday to be told that I do require an appointment and it will have to wait over an 90 minutes before they can begin to service my car. I explain my frustration that I had tried to make an appointment but was denied by the person on the phone using the number on their website. Their only response was "it's not our fault". I've been a customer of this dealership for 10 years and have gotten two cars from here. They made no attempt to apologize for the miscommunication or to make any sort of effort to make this ok. Telling me "it's not our fault" when it is your fault made it so that I am questioning ever coming back to Route 17 Nissan. Worst experience I have encountered there. More
From the minute I walked through the door nick was helpful on helping me pick out my new lease. He was so honest and caring on accomdating me to get into the lease that was much affordable for me. I had a great experience at Route 17 Nissan! My previous car needed a lot of work done. Therefore I traded it in for a newer model and my sales associate did a fabulous job at making sure I felt heard and h car needed a lot of work done. My experience with Nissan lease was negative and I would never again lease/buy or recommend this this dealership to anyone. Customer service is non-existing; when you call, they can simply hang up on you an never again lease/buy or recommend this this dealership to anyone. Customer service is non-existing; when you call, they can simply hang up on you and then directing your call to the voicemail. I’ve been trying to set up an appointment to terminate the lease, called at least 11 times and each time I got a different response (either they don’t have an appointment schedule yet(!) or no appointment required, - just come and drop your vehicle in, etc..) I guess that since you don’t renew your lease RT 17 NISSAN cease viewing you as a customer and start mistreating you. As a result I am no longer considering using RT 17 NISSAN for my future considerations when buying/leasing a vehicle and not recommending them to anyone either. More

Exhaust shield and keys I have 2014 Nissan Rouge with 37000 miles on it. There is a problem with the exhaust shield and the keys. I was told it will not be covered under warranty because it is over 36000 miles, which I was okay with. I dropped off my car on Friday afternoon so they can take a look at it first thing Saturday morning. I also asked them to call me with an estimate before anything gets fixed, and they told me that they would do that. So on Saturday I waited until 3:30 PM to call them because nobody bothered contacting me. I was on the phone with some lady and she said the car is fixed so I can come and pick it up. I said “Someone was supposed to call me before anything gets done on the car.” her response was “The manager will call you.” So I waited another 30 minutes and nobody called me. I decided to take a ride to the dealer. When I got there apparently my car was not even looked at. Nothing was fixed and their excuse was that the gentleman who we spoke to Friday was not in today so they did not even do anything to the car. They were also going to keep the car until Monday without calling and letting us know. Thank god I called, as we need our car for Monday. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
