The letter was personally addressed and signed by owned, which gave me feeling that each customer is important for this firm. I responded the letter describing my specific situation. I recently moved and got a new job. My credit score is not perfect which didn’t left too much hope to get a Nissan sometime soon. Especially when I already was rejected at the other Nissan dealership without much explanation or even trying to give me some options. And of course I was so surprised to get a phone call in few hours. A manager from Meadowlands Nissan offered me to come in and see what was possible in my situation. I got the appointment for the same day and on top of that the guys from dealership (thank you guys!) picked me up at my house to avoid public transportation! At the same time I got the list of the documents that could be helpful and was all set for on-site visit. :) When I came in, I was introduced to Dwight Blackwood - professional vehicle consultant. Dwight was very helpful in choosing the best option for me. All people at the dealership were very friendly. The atmosphere there is very nice and stress free:) starting from smiling people around, who really try to help and up to the cup of coffee to make short waiting time even shorter :) Dwight is just brilliant! I traded a 2005 Pathfinder for a 2007 Pathfinder. Everyone we dealt with at the Meadowlands dealership were very customer focused.
