Bill Hanrahan helped me all the way through purchasing a brand new vehicle. I knew which car I wanted so it was pretty straight forward. After I signed some papers on Monday with Bill, he told me I would be able to pick it up Wednesday morning. Tuesday evening, I got a call from Bill saying it had been moved to Wednesday afternoon. I mentioned it to Bill that I'm working on Wednesday 3pm-11pm and I'm off on Thursday. Unfortunately Bill's day off is Thursday. So, I switched hours with one of my co-workers thinking I will be picking my new car tomorrow. Wednesday comes and got another call from Bill saying it won't be ready until Thursday! Now I'm stuck with a day-off from work with no new car. So what ended up happening is Nelson assisted me on Thursday since Bill was off, I got my new car late afternoon and had to go into work late. Following up on a call from my salesman, Bill, we worked out a plan to end my lease agreement with Nissan and buy my car outright.
