One this I noticed is that there are two dealerships with “Route 138” in the title. I’m referring to Route 138 Motor Car Company. As I’m noticing some of these reviews here are for the other dealer which I know nothing about. The frame rotted out of my 3rd Gen SR5 4Runner and I was having a really hard time letting it go. They got me into a great suv with car payments less than my monthly car insurance. The staff is amazing. I’m almost done paying off my suv and then we’re heading back to purchase another one from this great place, for a second car for our family. This is the 1st dealership that has treated like a person and not a sale. I’ve been burned by the last 2 dealerships before this one that I had purchased. This was an amazing experience. More

This dealership made me write a review before I could leave the establishment the owner was very unprofessional handsy in front of my son not at all how a business professional or owner should act then t leave the establishment the owner was very unprofessional handsy in front of my son not at all how a business professional or owner should act then things progressively got worse within a year my car needed to be fixed the warranty would not cover it they kept the car then said I fell behind in payment to call the bank I did they can’t keep your car without fixing it well they did then auctioned it off and now my belongings that were in my car are I don’t know where for a lack of a better word including my placard because I’m disabled and was undergoing many health issues instead of chasing literally them down to call me back or hold my car hostage I can not say enough factual horrible things about this facility except I’m still trying to get my things back and I actually got a bill which is funny because on my credit report which was ruined I owe them 0 dollars I never do reviews but if I can save one person from going there it was well worth it KristinBray More

I got a car from this HORRIBLE PLACE, a year and half ago. As of today I have no car and still have a car note I can barely pay for because I have to come out of pocket to pay a rental for every week. Wh ago. When I’m my finance and I went to make a purchase I was pregnant and had to get a car before our baby arrived, my finance and I wanted to make sure we welcomed our baby in a save car since his was so old it just wasn’t going to last us. This SCAM artist told us that he would make sure that the car is save, making sure everything is up to par, especially cause I was expecting. I was really rooting for them because I thought they were so nice and kind. I even thought that they would def make sure the car was in good condition for my family to be safe in. This car almost KILLED us. I was driving with my new born and oldest son one day and the car just stopped abruptly each time I stepped on the brakes. It kept shifting to neutral on its own without me doing so. I was so scared with my children in the car, it was freezing outside and my heat wasn’t working. This was the last issue with the car the list before this day GOES ON. I first got my car which was a bmw, car needed a oil change and I was picky with where to take my car for a oil change. Although bmw is pricey for a oil change I didn’t car and wanted to make sure my was being properly maintained ( bmw are very sensitive cars). BMW told us that they were not able to do our oil change because it would be a liability. They said the car was in REALLY BAD CONDITION, then gave us a PACKET ( NOT one sheet of paper), to show all the problems the car have after running a diognostic( think I spelled that wrong). We went back to them immediately and MARK aka scammer told us he would fix it….. long story short they “fixed” my car just for it to come back 1000 times worst which led us to that day I was driving my car with my children in almost 3 accidents ( oops didn’t mention that part did I!). Please everyone don’t purchase from this place I have never in life felt this stong about leaving review to warn people. I said the same thing in their google ad well, thus need to stopped. This is not good business he doesn’t really care about no one but himself! Be safe everyone and happy holidays hope this helped and put your hard earned money into something that’s worth it cause this ain’t it. Idk how I’m going to celebrate the holidays this years, it’s really bad for me cause I’ve been spending all in cars not looking to get my money back but seriously do YOUR RESEARCH!!! More
