I just signed a lease for a 2021 Jeep Wrangler, and it was the best experience possible! The dealership itself is very clean and brand new, with a large selection of vehicles. The biggest nightmare with this dealership, I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 on July 3 with 15k miles, and before they handle me the truck they crash the truck at the dealership car wash, after I signed eve 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 on July 3 with 15k miles, and before they handle me the truck they crash the truck at the dealership car wash, after I signed everything gearing read to hit the road. So they promises they will replaced the quarters panel and the truck will look like new again. It’s been 4 months and they sent the truck to a ( out side Bodyshop) 3 times, first time they din’t replace the quarter panel and the color was wrong, you could see from a mile a way, second time the just pant on top, din’t replace and paint job terrible full of bubbles and marks, now third time still not replace the quarter panel, so I’m paying month payments on my new truck for 4 months and never had the truck with me for more them a week. I was patience as I could, never complaint out side of the dealer waiting for them to fix the problem and thy even ask me to go with the sales rep at the Bodyshop to confirm they replaced the peace with they could not confirm, just B.S., so today I call dodge and complaint against the ROUTE 130 dealership, and they say they will investigate, I wish I have read all the reviews about they services before I went there, nothing against the sales rep, just dealer manager and also poor service at service department when they never check the truck before calling me and says the truck was ready, you don’t need to be any expert to see a off-white color on a white truck, (big diference) Every time I go there they says the part was replaced by they can prove, I’m a industrial paint inspector, I don’t know much about cars but I have a good experience about paint, and I got pictures from the inside of the quarter panel on the day was hit with the same marks and part numbers all the same, part number won’t change ( the dealer tell me) but according to Dodge date of inspection and serial number are suppose to be diferente dodge says. So here I’m I leaving a review and waiting for the lady to answer back, “ I’m sorry for you experience if you want you can contact me at .........bs, so we can resolve this issue” Guess what, I’m trying for 4 months and manager, the boss woman that answer the reviews and nothing yet. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! NEVER BUY A CAR THERE!! I´ve just bought an used 2012 Mitsubish Outlander SE two weeks ago. I had to pay an extra cost for an apparent check up of the vehicle befor THERE!! I´ve just bought an used 2012 Mitsubish Outlander SE two weeks ago. I had to pay an extra cost for an apparent check up of the vehicle before picking it up. I left the dealer with a low tire pressure light on and the salesman testified that they had checked everything. The next day I stopped at the gas station and went to put pressure on the tire and two lights came on with tpms service required and service engine soon. I returned to the dealer two days after the purchase complaining about what happened and it was a horrible experience. They told me that they could not do anything because I had bought a used car without warranty and that they had checked everything. After a long time trying to solve it and after a lot of stress they sent me to a tire center. When I got there I was told that it would just be a nail and that everything was OK. The next day the low tire pressure light came on again and I went to put pressure on the tire again. And always two days I needed to refill it . I took my car to a tire center near my house and they told me that my tire had 4 punctures and that I would need a new tire. I had to spend almost $ 200 for that. The mechanic also alerted me to a noise coming from the engine and to my surprise gave me an estimate of almost $1900 to change the engine mounts that are damaged. It's been just 2 weeks since I bought the car. First time I bought a car and they took advantage of my naivete for that. I paid for a supposed checked service before the purchase, but apparently nothing was checked and they sold me a car with mechanical problems concealed. All the mechanics recommended me to return to the dealership because it was not fair. The first complaining visit was so stressful and embarassing for me to try to solve my problem that I don't know what to do. They sold me a car without checking it and with a huge loss for me.Also I have a child and I am feeling completely unsafe to drive the car that I´ve just bought and I don´t have this amount of money to fix it.I AM FEELING COMPLETELY JEOPARDIZED!! Never buy a used car at this dealership. I have all the receipts and estimate with me to prove it!! More

Dealers like this keeps the image bad for auto dealers. Wanted $6000 over MSRP. Not much inventory. More of a Used car dealer. Very low on new Wrangler inventory.
