Ok, so I responded using the provided email link foolishly thinking I would be able to voice my concerns to someone who could make a difference in my experience. I did receive a callback. The person who called was the sales manager I dealt with, John, part of the problem . A rude, lier and combative person. He didn’t even identify himself until I asked who I was talking with. Then right out of the gate he told me what HE did for me. WOW!!! As I said RUN from this dealership!
