Everybody I dealt with was friendly, extremely nice, no one tried to pressure me into anything I didn't want. In fact, Chris and Carlo went way above and beyond the call of duty. I hadn't planned on actually buying my car that day--or at least hadn't planned on taking it home that day--but Carlo drove my trade-in and came back to me and said the brakes were SO bad on that car that he didn't want me driving home (23 mi.)in it. He was adament, and I could tell he really had my safety in mind. I had things I had to do, and the car (new one) wasn't going to be ready for a few hours, so Chris became my personal chauffeur for a few hours! Including taking me to where I was dog-sitting, so I could let the dogs out! Amazing! I knew what I wanted when I went in, no one tried to get me to add things to it (I said I didn't want or need anything extra), the price was under $20,000, and I had figured it would be more like $25,000 when I first started looking. I had talked with a friend who had purchased a FIT there last year, and not only had she raved about the car, but she highly praised the people and the service. I can see why. They sure bent over backwards for me! I would especially like to thank Chris for understanding my wants and needs, for being a super chauffeur (!), for being a great, patient guy, and now, already, an old friend. I hope he is still there when I go back in 10 yrs. to trade in this car! And thank you, Carlo, for caring enough about your customers to not send THIS one out in an unsafe car! More

We recently bought a used Honda CR-V here. Everyone we worked with were amazing. We had had a negative experience with sales associates at Subaru of Wakefield, so it was refreshing to have numerous Honda worked with were amazing. I went in to your dealership yesterday with a plan of getting new car and actually that was the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was very serious about getting new getting new car and actually that was the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was very serious about getting new used car. One of your sales people help me right away he's name was Gio I believe he was new there. Everything went good we went on a test drive of a 2008 Accord EX-L V6 with 41000 miles on it I really like that car. Then we went inside and we were talking money. I wanted to trade in my car and get this one for 350-400 dollars a month without any money down. I think it was reasonable price Gio went out back and came back with one of the managers and asked me if car was in 350 dollars range would I buy it today and I said YES! Then they both went out back. Gio came back and said the payments would be around 430-440 dollars a month. So we decided to check my credit and come down with real numbers. So the manager came back with printed piece of paper and that car would be $460 with $1000 money down i would only get only $7500 for my trade in (I have negative equity on my trade in). I said I was looking for something around 380 dollars range and that when it went down. That manager so called said if I put 2000 dollars down we can get to 430-440 which is kind of ridiculous. He wanted me to be very flexible but nothing from the dealer. I didn't say that thought. We were trying to look at the numbers but that manager (I don't know his name) stand up threw his pen at the table said thank you for coming in sarcastically and walk away. I said wow you don't have to rude about it. So he decided to come back and told us that HE WASTED ENOUGH TIME WITH YOU!!!! and walked away. We decided to talk to General Manager however he wasn't that nice either. He said that he is going to address that issue and we would have to be in 450 dollars range anyway. I know what means address issue means. I think to make a deal you need both parties to be more flexible. And I was going to be. I really wanted to make a deal with your dealership. He didn't give me chance to think about it. Since it is the worst experience of my life. I bought couple Honda's already and always both parties where flexible and able to make a deal. I'm planning to file a complaint to BBB and write reviews tomorrow to as many pages as I CAN TO MAKE SURE EVERYBODY KNOWS HOW BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS!! I'M VERY UPSET AND I WILL TAKE TIME TO DO THAT. I HOPE THAT PERSON IS NOT ABLE TO SERVE ANY MORE PEOPLE AT YOUR DEALERSHIP. My brother and my mother are also shocked as they were with me. More
My husband and I visited the Honda Gallery to look at and see if there was anything that I might like. We had previously visited both a Toyota and a Suburu dealer. When we walked in, we were pleasantly greet see if there was anything that I might like. We had previously visited both a Toyota and a Suburu dealer. When we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted and referred to Chris Kelleher to help us out. Chris introduced himself with a friendly smile and gave us the time we needed. He was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and completely understanding of our needs...he was extremely patient, pleasant and always a gentleman. Chris was never pushy or outspoken or condescending in any way and he made every effort to make our car buying experience the best from beginning to end.....and it was. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were completely happy with our purchase....and we are....I love my Honda Pilot!! We would never hesitate to return for future purchases and would definitely recommend this dealership. We would highly recommend Chris Kelleher!! More
Just purchased a new Pilot. The dealer did not have the exact vehicle we wanted. Chris Kelleher searched, negotiated and FOUND, exactly what we wanted.
