There is a staging garage in front where customers pull their cars in. Soon as I step out, an anxious man asked if I was there for service. I have an 2004 civic and the clutch has squeaked for a long time now. I am sure the master cylinder is the problem so I tell the man I am looking for a quote to change it out and a quote to change out the shoes for the rear drum brakes. He was impatient, rude, and tried to rush me out of the garage, explaining they don't have anyone to do mechanical work [it's saturday]. I calmly ask if a mechanic could spend a few minutes to verify the clutch problem before I purchase the part or commit to any work. He then says, "the truth is all my mechanics are here today but we are only doing service work." I never asked to have work done. He makes a half-assed attempt to look up the labor rates for the brakes a clutch cylinder. Seems like no matter the task, their minimum rate is $200 (excluding parts). I ask the man if he could step on the clutch a couple times so I can stick my ear near the cylinder and listen (the car is 5 feet away). He basically says get your car out here. I can understand if they were swamped, but I was the only car in the garage that holds about 8 to 10 cars. I got an overpriced oil change at this place about 6 months ago. I specifically asked them to not wash car. They washed it...and reset BOTH my trip mileage, which I use to track fuel for work. On another occasion, I had them swap summer tires to winter. Despite the correct tire location being marked with a grease pen, they managed to screw that up and failed to clean the wheel before placing the weights. I noticed in the parking lot, one wheel weight was about to fall off. They just built this dealer and the size is impressive and looks very clean. Pretty sure it was previously "Honda Barn" in Reading. I suggest you find a local mechanic and develop a long relationship with them. You will save boatloads of cash. If you must use a Honda Dealer in this area, stick to Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. They aren't much better, but charge significantly less than Honda Gallery, have most of the same crew for the last six years, and there is a nice strip mall across the street with an Outback and Panera if you have to leave your car for a few hours. Take my advice. More

The staff was very attentive, courteous, professional and answered all our questions. We always felt comfortable and were treated like royalty. My experience with Honda Gallery and the people I worked with were fabulous. My Husband and family went into the Gallery just look and chris and Carlos took great care of us. I was not bombarded with questions about whether I would be buying the car, leasing the car or financing it the moment I stepped into the dealership. ( I had this experience earlier). Instead, Paul first asked me the things I was looking for in the car that I wanted to buy and presented the relevant information. Then I had the test drive. Only after I said that I was satisfied with the drive that he talked about the financial aspect. The factor that most impressed me and brought me to your website to write a review was that I got very precise answers to all my questions/concerns. My wife was very stressed about buying a new car. Eric made both her and me very comfortable with the whole experience. Eric also went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable for our two young chi made both her and me very comfortable with the whole experience. Eric also went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable for our two young children by including them in the decision. Not only did the Honda Gallery beat the pre-approved loan we had by a substantial amount, but they also helped us pick the exact car we wanted with the features that were important to us. Eric was a terrific salesman, and I would definitely ask for him when we need another new vehicle. We also appreciated the fact that although we didn't buy the flashiest or biggest vehicle, the general manager made us feel like we were VIP's. Probably the best car buying experience we've had. More

We had researched the suvs in this class similar to the Honda crv and sent out emails to inqure about what was available. Our first introduction to this Honda dealrship was excellent. Scott returned our email first and was very pleasant and informative to speak with by telephone. When we came to the dealership we met him and was turned over to Kenny Banks, who is a very professional salesman and very knowledgeable while never being pushy. Everyone was extremely friendly, I have never felt so comfortable in a car buying situation before this one. We strongly would reccomend this Honda Gallery dealership to our friends and family. More
