First of all I just wanted to say that when i walked into honda gallery for the first time I was very impressed by this very clean bright brand new dealership. The salesman Chris was very polite and knowledgeable about the accord. Not to mention I went to other dealers where the sales staff were very pushy this was not the case at honda gallery the manager Carlo gave me a great price on my new car and treated me like a person not just another number we are now on a first name basis. I would recommend that anyone buying a new or used honda to check this place out !!!!!!!! More
First off I just want to say that i was very impressed when I first saw the inside of the dealership practically brandnew and very clean bright atmosphere. The sales staff was great this was a very big purchase for me being the first time I bought a new car. Not only did the sales staff not pressure me I was totally at ease with the way they went about the whole process. Chris and the manager Carlo were great they saved me a $1000 over the other dealers best price. The thing I liked the most was that it was pouring rain when I picked up my car and i got to see how everything worked in my car clean and dry in a garage right off of the showroom. Thanks guys i will recommend honda gallery to anyone I know!!! More
I went to this dealership after talking with another dealer. I had gotten a price for the new car from both ahead of time so I was mainly interested in the trade in value. Both dealerships gave me the same price initially for my trade-in, but I chose the Honda Gallery. I got about $900 more for my car than the other dealer was willing to give me. I thought Carlo was extremely friendly and helpful. The deal was made within an hour. Overall I felt better about the negotiating tactics that they used than with the other dealership. My only complaint was that I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to talk to the finance guy. If I had known it would be so long, I would have gone out to eat next door instead of waiting there for such a long period of time. But other than that, I thought everyone there was friendly and helpful. Especially Carlo. More
I just purchased my new Honda CR-V from Honda Gallery and couldn't be happier!!! The location was easy to get to, the sales staff was friendly and very helpful, and the manager was so knowledgable about eve couldn't be happier!!! The location was easy to get to, the sales staff was friendly and very helpful, and the manager was so knowledgable about every aspect of the car-buying process. I had no idea that I would have so many options when it came time to selecting a car. The financing was easy and so affordable that I walked away with a much nicer car than I thought I could get. All in all, Honda Gallery was professional, knowledgable and actually made the process interesting and fun. Thank you guys!!!! I'm looking forward to having my car serviced in such a great environment. More

He definitely helped me make the right decision. Never pushy or aloof. He absolutely went out of his way to answer every question, help me feel confident in my decision, and make sure I had the financing I wanted. He walked me through every step, including checking in with me after the business/finance office. What a great asset to the Honda Gallery, I just can't say enough! Emilio Locilento in Finance also was excellent. Very friendly and direct. I didn't feel like he had a hidden agenda or tried to sell me anything unnecessary. He explained everything and corrected an error on my paperwork without hesitation. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my financing. See Emilio when you go to Finance - highly recommend. Also every single person I came in contact with, even just employees walking by, were friendly. Buying a car can be overwhelming and I definitely didn't feel lost. Great experience overall. More

I went to test drive a Honda Fit with my mom who was interested in buying a Honda CRV. But on request for the test drive, Chris kept saying, lets get the sale of the CRV and then we'll test drive. Since my mom had a price based on a previous sale already, she wanted a particular price. Chris said no. And then my mom said, okay, she'll get it somewhere else. Then I asked if I could test drive the Fit now, and he said, well go test drive it at whereever your mom is going and then turns around and walks away. It was BEYOND rude. First I'm not buying a car with my mom, so I don't know where she is going to get her car. And second, when I asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint about the guy being rude, he points me to some random other "manager" who says, well, look at it from his [Chris] point of view, he already spent time with you guys. Really all of 1/2 hour if even? We got there at 1:30 and we got help at 1:40 left at 2:10. Right. Sorry for inconviencing you in a SERVICE industry! DO NOT COME to this dealership. They were extremely rude to us. We were very reasonable and it was literally 30 minutes, my just did a test drive and asked for a price, he said no, and then refused to let me test drive my car. I will be writing to HONDA to complain about this dealership. More
Both My wife and I found the sales personnel and all the staff extremely friendly and courteous. The salespersons knew all about the vehicles and helped us in our choice. We test drove a car and also wanted to test drive the one in the showroom (which we eventually bought) and they had it in the parking lot us at the specicied time. They were not high pressure and left us to make the decision of buying the car. I would like to give some praise to the finance officer. One last item, I needed to return to the service department for an inspection sticker and all the staff in the service department to friendly and courteous. They greeted me immdeiately and took car of my car quickly. More
