Bill Higgins was extremely nice, not pushy and helped us find exactly the car we wanted. Carlo was very fair and provided us a great deal. Bill called us in the morning to help us organize and make sure we had contacted our insurance company and had all the information we needed. He followed up later in the afternoon to coordinate a good time to come by and pick up the car, at our convenience. Finally, once I arrived, he did yet another review of the car and identified a few small issues which he quickly remedied. By my calculations, he was on hour 9 or 10 of the day but he did not take any shortcuts in making sure the car met the quality standards he required.
