We received great treatment. Everything was explained to us in detail. The additional work we had done on the car was terrific. And the whole transaction was handled with ease. The dealership is in a great location: easily accessible by the MBTA commuter rail from downtown Boston (North Station) on the Haverhill/Reading lines. When we went to pick up the new car it was maybe a 15 minute walk from the Reading station. And it has a large service area that we are sure to use in the future to keep up with regular maintenance. We probabvly won't be in the market for a new car for several more years but this will be the first place on our list to check out the next time. More
I have purchased 17 vehicles over the past 25 years. I have a ton of interactions with sales people. I have to say that I am proud to call Jim Courvillle "my car guy". I was loyal to another company for 10 years until they took my business for granted, ONE time, that's all it takes. No "nickle and diming". With this economy, hanging on to your money and spending it is harder and harder. Jim is a straight shooter, no sales pressure, no up selling, just a regular guy providing outstanding customer service and a good product. Jim recognized my car buying experience and realized I was not going to put up with any "pitches". Jim made me spending 19k and pleasant experience. I am looking forward to trading in my other vehicle and sitting into another product that Jim and Jim only will supply me with. I would not even think about going somewhere else even if it was for a lower price. If I have any questions, Jim is right on top of it within a more than reasonable time frame. Your organization is fortunate to have such an employee. I can tell Jim has been in the business for some time with his way with people. I have dealt with sales people who "pretend" to be "buddy buddy" with you to make a sale. Jim is a genuine guy and a model employee. I truly hope this message in finds its way to the right people, for someone in Jim's management should shake Jim's hand and commend him on the positive impact he left with me and my wife. More
Since 2009, this is the third vehicle I have personally bought from Gallery and, overall, the fourth sale that I have had an influence over. There is a Honda dealer within 1 mile of my house, but my shopping experience there was not a positive one, so I am more than willing to make the 15 mile trip to Gallery for vehicles and service. For my most recent purchase, I recieved what I thought was a very fair trade in value for my 2009 Civic and a reasonable price for the new vehicle. For this sale I had an idea that the CR-V was my vehicle of choice after trying Mazdas, Toyotas and Fords of this class. Your Client Specialist, Jim Courville, was very helpful in assisting me with my decision to purchase a 2011 CRV SE. He is a very personable salesman and made the buying experience a relaxed, no pressure situation. More

He clearly explained all the upgrades the Civic had compared to previous models and did not rush me at all in the buying process. Overall I was there a couple of hours and felt as if I was treated as a valuable customer. I would say this was one of the best car buying experiences I could imagine. I was recently divorced and had experienced the associated credit debacle that typically happens afterward. I was scrambling to get a co-signor so I could buy the Honda Pilot that I had been leasing. I was already hassled at the original point of lease which was Cambridge Honda. Cambridge Honda made me feel like I would never qualify to purchase my lease regardless of co-signor integrity. So, I lined up a co-signor and went into Honda Gallery, which is near my house. The manager that runs the place was friendly, professional, and not pushy. None of that " we want to earn your business' BS. Well he introduced me to King Perry, their financial guy. This gentleman had all the class and dignity you could imagine, yet he was a straight shooter and ultra confident that he could pull off financing me without the co-signor at all. I tell you, he picked me up at a time when I was down, and not used to being the one with the bad credit. He re-instilled my confidence in the car buying process and even in myself. He knew that this would be a great opportunity for me to reinvent my credit and start a rebuilding process. Well, a number of on-time payments later, here I am with a re-established credit profile. King Perry restored my purchasing credibility as well as keeping me in a car that I love. I owe the guy a lot, I really do, and I hope that this glowing review is just one step in repaying him for his kindness, brotherhood, and professionalism. More
