I went in for service on my 09 pilot which I absolutely loved, and needed an oil change. I wandered over to the sales floor and met Brian Sullivan who was very helpful. As a woman it can be intimidating,however the staff and Brian Sullivan made this a comfortable,relaxed and easy deal. Also quick! In the past it was a painful and long process....I would recommend the sales and service dept at Honda Gallery in Reading Ma anytime. More

Due to our previous negative dealer review, the general manager contacted us to set up a time to discuss our position and any way they could make it satisfactory. We met with him and did indeed discuss our issues and he was attentive to our concerns. They were able to satisfy our concern by issuing a bumper-bumper warranty for 3 years/ 36000 miles. At this point I am no longer concerned for the financial burden of what the vehicle might cost us when/if it were to break down. It is after all a vehicle and the unknown is still out there, regardless. But the dealership was concientious to our concerns and we are willing to try work along side them to ensure our purchase is long-lasting and dependable. More

After having purchased 4 previous Honda cars with another dealership in the area, I was hesitant to try a new one, but couldn't have had a b Junior. Right from the start Junior was friendly, helpful and informative. He took the time to show me the car, all the features and then helped me get the numbers that I was looking for to make this work for my family. Never once did I feel pressured, it was like he was truly working hard for me and wanted this to work. I have never had such a pleansant and easy car buying transaction and would highly suggest that anyone planning on looking or buying a car from Honda Gallery go in and ask for Junior. He's truly THE BEST. More

We realized that most dealer's prices were competitive, but the experience at the Honda Gallery was by far the best. When we returned to the Honda Gallery and asked for Junior, he remembered us and treated us like an old friend. The sales process was a no pressure event and when we decided on a vehicle color that was not in their inventory, the Honda Gallery acquired the vehicle the next day. If you are in the vicinity of the Honda Gallery, it is the place to go! More
