I went in for service on my 09 pilot which I absolutely loved, and needed an oil change. I wandered over to the sales floor and met Brian Sullivan who was very helpful. Due to our previous negative dealer review, the general manager contacted us to set up a time to discuss our position and any way they could make it satisfactory. We met with him and did indeed discuss our issues and he was attentive to our concerns. They were able to satisfy our concern by issuing a bumper-bumper warranty for 3 years/ 36000 miles. At this point I am no longer concerned for the financial burden of what the vehicle might cost us when/if it were to break down. It is after all a vehicle and the unknown is still out there, regardless. But the dealership was concientious to our concerns and we are willing to try work along side them to ensure our purchase is long-lasting and dependable. More
