Casey Tong was the best sales person I have ever dealt with in buying a car. My husband and I walked into the dealership thinking we were going to buy a used CRV. Casey greeted us, took us for a test driv with in buying a car. My husband and I walked into the dealership thinking we were going to buy a used CRV. Casey greeted us, took us for a test drive and I loved the car we looked at and Casey was very knowledgable about the car and Hondas in general. He truly believes they are a great company and their product is superior. After some thinking time and research we decided that a used Odyssey was probably more in line with what we needed for our family. We went back to Honda North because Casey had impressed us so much and he found us an Odyssey that fit our needs and was in unbelievably good condition. Casey was extremely professional in his negotiating. I never felt pressured to buy anything yet wanted to buy at the same time. After my first visit I had to leave because we could not find the right car at the right price. However, after emailing Dave to let him know that I was still interested in buying a Honda Civic or Accord within my price range he got back to me as soon as one that matched my desired criteria rolled onto the lot. Dave spent the following couple days working with me to get approved, get all the paperwork done as soon as possible, meet the price range and down payment I wanted, get the car registered quickly, and he even came in on his day off to finalize everything so I could have the car for the weekend. I really appreciate all the help I got at Honda Gallery from Dave and I am certain that without his help I would not be driving my new Honda Civic. More

We had initially gone into Honda to look at the new 2012 CRV's, met with Junior for the first time, test drove one, and discussed financing options. Bringing us to the third visit, met up with Junior and had considered a used 2011 CRV, test drove it, then re-drove the 2012 and decided the brand new car was for us. Junior was awesome. He was patient with us - not overly "sales-y" didn't try to pressure us to tell us we had to "buy now or loose out", you know.... We found their whole approach really nice and friendly. And they were really willing to work with us trading in our used CRV and getting us into a new one for a great price. The transaction went really smoothly and we're really happy with our new car! More
