Absolute worst! Stay away fron this place and people. Had service done on my car I was told it would be done in one day they texted me in the afternoon saying they would need another day so I asked for an explanation on why they said it was a lot of work so I a one day they texted me in the afternoon saying they would need another day so I asked for an explanation on why they said it was a lot of work so I ask for a car for the day for the inconvenience they where causing me which I didn’t think was a big deal after they talked to someone they said they could get me a rental car that I would have to pay for which I than asked to speak to a supervisor the service manager called me and was what I expected he was a very rude person who should not be in the job that he is in he started to raise his voice when I said I was not paying for a rental car when they had inconvenience me they should have just said they needed the car for two days in the beginning not promised they would have it ready that day so I just wanted them to do the right thing but the service manager was just so rude and at 7:00 at night the called to tell me the car was done they ended up finishing the car which I was happy with but the issue is with the way the service manager handled it I know nothing will be done but with the way I was spoken to by your manager but I would just like to let you know who is running your department More

The staff were nice & promised to provide us certain things before purchase. But after purchase, the sales gave excuse not make to her promise. Also, they claimed lowest loan rate was 3.99%. Yet, when processing our case, it turned out to be almost 20%APR. Then they offered a lower rate (10%) by adding car packages in our loan. it was totally out of our budget &, we told the finance manager we were leaving & asked for refund. After purchase, they didn't reply our queries on contract. when we requested some info from Route 128 for car insurance, they were reluctant to help & said it was not their job. More
I decided to buy a vehicle (2021 Honda CR-V) that I saw online, I saw it at a good price, I called to do a test drive and they confirmed that the vehicle was available, but when I got to the dealer they in online, I saw it at a good price, I called to do a test drive and they confirmed that the vehicle was available, but when I got to the dealer they informed me that the vehicle was not available which was at another dealer in new jersey but they offered me another similar vehicle (2021 honda cr-v) but at a much higher price, not very convinced, I decided to take the test drive, but due to the price it did not convince me since the price was a lot older so I left the place. Within minutes they sent me a message saying that if they had the vehicle available that I had seen online, that I should come back for a second test drive. I realized that it was the same vehicle that they had shown me previously but they kept the price that I saw online. The only thing that had an extra charge for shipping from the other dealer, not very convinced, I decided to do business for the vehicle which I paid in full. They informed me that the vehicle would be delivered to me in a week reconditioned and with the title, 3 weeks passed and the vehicle was never delivered to me. The seller Aaliyah Lara and the manager only told me that they did not have the title and that they did not know when they would have the title. For this reason, I decided to get my money back, but to this day they have not done so. He really is a dealer with little seriousness and many lies and tricks to make you pay more. I am disappointed in this dealer I thought they were serious but everything is deceptive from the online advertising to the return of my money. I do not suggest this dealer to do business. More
