We are disappointed to hear we were unable to meet your expectations. We tried our best to be accommodating and to address each and every concern along the way. We went above and beyond and serviced the vehicle installing new brakes and 4 new tires, over a month after the vehicle was purchased. The vehicle came with a 30 day warranty and we graciously helped beyond the 30 day period. We provided a copy of the Carfax history report which clearly states the vehicle history, including where it was bought from. We were sadly treated poorly in return and spoken to in a very derogatory manner. However, we remained professional and polite and explained that the extended warranty could be used to address any further issues with the vehicle.

We thoroughly explained that we needed the failed inspection report from the same state in which the vehicle is registered in. We asked for the report several times and as of today, we still have not received it. We also graciously offered multiple times to assess and repair the vehicle, free of charge. All that we asked, was to allow us to make the assessment and repairs ourselves. This is to ensure that an accurate assessment is conducted, and that the necessary repairs are completed. Unfortunately, this offer was rejected. Instead, we were demanded to pay a bill to an outside facility. We’re disappointed that we were unable to reach an agreement. We hope that you will reconsider our offer as a fair and reasonable solution. Thank you, Route 110 Auto.

Kevin, We offered for you to bring the car to our dealership and we would have been more than happy to conduct an assessment to the vehicle and make any necessary repairs free of charge. Unfortunately, this offer was rejected. Instead, we were demanded to pay a bill to the Volkswagen dealership. We are disappointed in the way you spoke to us through out this process. There was a lot of derogatory and rude language used towards us. We are also disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to assess and potentially repair the vehicle for you. We hope that you will reconsider how you treat others in these type of situations in the future. We tried our best to offer help and it is unfortunate an agreement could not be made.

After learning what I learned after buying this car I lost all trust with your dealership. With respect to the repairs, I sent you a video of rear suspension damage and a copy of the receipt with two polite requests to share the cost. I did not demand anything. You replied stating a refusal to share the cost. I was hoping you would cover the parts and would cover the labor. About a 60/40 split with me paying the bulk of the cost. Yes, it is too bad an amiable agreement could be made.
