My daughter purchased a vehicle on October 16th 2024. After completing paperwork and driving away, the check engine light came on less than 2 miles down the road. Called them immediately, they were gone - had to leave message. Told me to go to Autozone to get code checked. We did and sent them the code. I brought to my mechanic and he quoted me $400 to have secondary air injection pump replaced. They said their mechanic said it would be $330, so I could bring it there or they would reimburse me if my mechanic did it. I chose to have my mechanic fix. It has been 2 weeks since I had it fixed. I sent them the receipt. Texted three times and called and left a message. Guess what - no reply! Also, my mechanic told me that the frame in the rear is rotten and probably won't pass inspection next year. When I told them this the owner said "We can't predict how long a vehicle will last. Our only responsibility is that is passes inspection before we sell it." Unbelievable, so you are ok with selling a car that "passes" inspection, but is not really worthy. My daughter is a college student who saved $6500 for a car to get her through school. It is very disheartening to know that is probably not going to be the case. These people are not honest and do not stand behind their vehicles. I strongly warn anyone against purchasing from them. This is really a zero star review, but had to click on one star to post. Disgusted to say the least. More

we went to test drive this vehicle on 6/21/22 , the truck was already running, ??????, then looked into the truck box and found i was looking at the top of the left rear tire "THROUGH" the tire well, it had was already running, ??????, then looked into the truck box and found i was looking at the top of the left rear tire "THROUGH" the tire well, it had a very large rust hole in it, and the other tire well showed extensive repair work, and when we spoke to the salesman , we were informed , that he couldnt find a bed liner to cover the holes, and these holes were not put in the information of the AD , i feel this is poor representation of the truck. we traveled over an hour to look at this truck and spent less than 3 minutes on the lot, i believe that these defects should have been in their AD, found this dealer to be very evasive on the photos he presented. and as for the question marks after the truck already running , if the weather was around 70 degrees , not too hot or cold , did the battery already have a possibility being bad and a need to be replaced ? my personal feeling , we were miss lead through the add and a conversation about looking at the truck. More
