First Tune-up for Tucson This is my second Hyundai with DCN. Both times my salesman was Dave Nock, who is personable and helpful when buying a car. Today I brought in my new Tucson for its first tune-up. My appointment was for 9:30 and even though I arrived early, my car was taken in immediately and the work was done in an hour and a half. The car was checked out thoroughly, had an oil change, and some necessary adjustments at no charge, just as the dealership had promised for the initial tune-up. During my wait, I visited with Dave, my salesman, had a hot cup of coffee, and enjoyed relaxing while I knew my beautiful Tucson was in the best of hands. More

Good luck with this place When purchasing a lease, they convinced my fiancé that he needed to pay extra for a tire protection plan. Now that we are here and need the tires replaced, they are saying they're not covering any of it because the tires are too worn out. The service manager was extremely condescending and compared his car to buying milk from a store. It was very odd. He then told us we had to leave because he had other cars to work on. Great place to get a car if you want to get ripped off time and time again!! Definitely switching dealerships when this lease is up. More

Accurate Time Estimate I was very happy that the time estimated to do the recall job was right on the money. I did not want to spend any more time waiting than was initiall I was very happy that the time estimated to do the recall job was right on the money. I did not want to spend any more time waiting than was initially told to me when I booked the appointment. I was pleased that the scheduler as well as the intake person were both aware of the time it would take to do my recall jobs. I am disappointed, however, that my Sonata Hybrid does not pair with the bluetooth with my Apple phone when it comes to the media component. (The phone does pair) I was given lots of suggestions but I did leave DCN Hyundai with one of my requests unresolved as I cannot listen to my music or a recorded book thru my car speaker. More

service has changed for better i went to the service center to do a recall and oil change. everything was unexpectedly fast. in addition i found oil change coupon for $29 something i went to the service center to do a recall and oil change. everything was unexpectedly fast. in addition i found oil change coupon for $29 something which was applied without any questions asked. i also purchased one part which i needed. and what is really cool i wasn't offered unnecessary services for additional $400+. Hope the pleasant environment i met during my last visit will stay. (i need to thank the Center for coffee and cookies which are great there!, thank you!) More
