We requested a few last minute additions the day we picked it up and the service department made time to accomplish this for us so we could leave the lot in the car perfect for us. It gives us a smooth ride even out here on our country roads in Delaware Co. The seat adjustments allow each driver to drive in comfort and safety. I had a bad wheel bearing on my Odyssey that felt like it was going to throw my wheel off on the freeway. I didn't realize how serious a wheel bearing could be until I looked it up on the internet and found was going to throw my wheel off on the freeway. I called Roush Honda when I got to work, explained my situation...Richard so kindly worked me in their busy schedule and fixed it. It didn't get done as promised due to some minor glitches that day so they gave me a loaner car and then Richard called on the way home to see if everything was okay. They have always been tops on my list for honesty, integrity, and service. I know I can trust them compared to another dealer that told me things were wrong that weren't. The care you receive in the Service Dept. and Sales is superior to that of any dealer in Central Ohio. Richard was exemplary in service, caring, and manner. Employees like Richard is what sets Roush Honda above the rest. I must add that Mark was exceptionally helpful, also. More
I had just sold my Odyssey, and needed a new key which had to be programmed. Joe (assistant sales mgr) actually came out to help me, and also filled out an appraisal form for the guy buying my car from o had to be programmed. Went to Roush Honda to look at a used car. Car had many small scratches (despite the PROMINENT "Ding and Dent free certified!" sticker on the window. Car definitely needed a wash (and I had informed them much earlier in the day that I would be coming by to look at that specific car). Interior had crumbs on one seat and droplets of spilled coffee over the interior console. The employee we dealt with (the one spoke to on the phone) was so busy he could not deal with us. He gave us the keys to go look at the car by ourselves. We waited for 45 min outside (in 20-30 degree weather) before finally figuring out that he was not coming out to comment on the car, and we went inside. We drove 2 hrs from Cleveland for this kind of service! I'm sorry we wasted the time, but not sorry we didn't buy the car from them! More
