This is the second car that we have purchased from Roush Honda. Both experiences have been extremely positive. I've enjoyed my interaction with all of the employee's at the dealership (Dave Holscher was o Honda. Both experiences have been extremely positive. I've never felt pressured, and all of my questions have always been answered thoroughly and without making me feel foolish for asking them (unlike other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past). We also have our cars serviced at the dealership. The service department is streamlined, friendly, and prompt. There is no reason for us to buy another car from any other dealer. More

I was amazed! I called the dealership simply because my fiancee had been a service customer for quite a few years and was always pleased how she was treated. Well, weeks later, lo and behold, Vince called with the EXACT Element we were looking for! Looked at it, drove it and bought it. Working with Vince was like dealing with a long-lost high school buddy. He made it easy and comfortable; through test drive to finance to delivery. I'm not easily impressed, but Vince took care of business professionally and courteously, without being stuffy or off-putting. Thank you for a great experience and a great car! More

It's nice to have a salesman recognize you by name and ask about family members by name when we come in service. I've recommended Roush and our salesman to friends, neighbors, and coworkers. One example of service was when my wife's battery died while we were up in Delaware county on a weekend. We called the 24/7 customer road service number and someone arrived within 20 minutes to get us started. The service technician followed us back to the dealership and scheduled the service work for the first thing Monday morning. We were provided with a free rental vehicle until my wife's car was ready for pick up. More

I was stressed about when to buy a new Honda for the last couple years. Dealing with another Honda dealer for service or to try to package a new car deal was 1 horrible experience after another. However, 1 trip to Roush & I bought my new car on the spot. Most of it was meeting Gary Anderson and the way I was treated. All my dealings will be with Roush in the future. I can't see how I will ever have bad feelings about buying other Hondas or having my car serviced again. I'm looking forward to it! More

Mr. Phillips greeted both my daughter and I upon our arrival at the Roush used car dealership. My daughter intruduced us and said she looking to purchase a Honda. He simply guided her to the proper area of the lot and helped her narrow down the field of choice based on her perameters. He was personable, never pushy, always focused on my daughter, the customer, not me the mom. He answered her questions directly to her, not me. Never talked down to her, answered the many queries she had with much patience and clarity. He even made the negotiation pleasant! Mr. Phippips made purchasing her first car a wonderful experience for both of us. We have already given Mr. Phillips' name to our friends looking to purhase used Hondas. We requested a few last minute additions the day we picked it up and the service department made time to accomplish this for us so we could leave the lot in the car perfect for us. It gives us a smooth ride even out here on our country roads in Delaware Co. The seat adjustments allow each driver to drive in comfort and safety.
