There has never been a time when I have walked into Roush Honda and not felt welcome, from sales to service staff. I purchased an Accord from Venko in 2002 and he has kept in touch over the years. Not pushy, but heartfelt contact, holiday cards etc. When I decided to purchase my Accord Crosstour, I never considered going anywhere else. I trusted Venko would treat me fair, and he did exactly that. The service staff and back office team also displays genuine appreciation for the business. They are professional, polite and friendly. I get the impression employees truly like working at Roush. I feel I can trust they will do what is right and not oversell a service call. I've been told there are service establishments that could perhaps save me a few dollars on simple service items such as oil changes, but it is the Roush Service family that keeps me coming back! Dennis is friendly while also being business-like - an unusual combination. That makes it easy to work with him. He is definitely not a high pressure salesman. Each deal with him ended with me paying what I thought was a fair price. Prices may be higher than other dealers, but you get a better car. There service quality is good as well. Dave Holscher, from who we bought a new car, displayed similar qualities. Overall, Roush is as good a dealer as their cars. More

We have been buying cars over the last 30 years primarily from the Lexus Dealership in Dublin. He realizes the importance of selling the dealership and service as much as trying to sell the vehicle. He systematically dismantled three other dealerships (including Lindsey Honda), one of which I had a car ready to purchase, when I came to Roush Honda. He did this by using solid facts and research regarding the vehicle to be purchased, and used facts not pressure tactics to make his case. As you well know buying a pre-owned vehicle is a difficult task. Mr. Phillips made the task almost fun. He was fair, diligent, and sincere about meeting our needs as customers. It was his ability to pick up om our needs and match it with what was in his inventory that was so outstanding, given we were able to buy a car before it was off the service racks.
