We were just driving through the lot and this salesperson came up to the car and stopped us. We had visited other lots that morning but all the other salespersons just sat there. She was the first one that actually came up to the car and asked if she could help us. She listened to our needs and discussed our options. She was persistent but not pushy. We had not planned to purchase a car for several months. We were just out looking but because of Lori Hewitt and her excellence sales ability we now own a FORD CMAX. Her dealership covers multiple makes not just KIAs which enabled her find us just the right car. We love the car and would highly recommend Lori and Rountree Moore KIA. I was just having my 2012 Mitsubishi serviced and was walking through the parking lot and along came the sweet Lori. She was so friendly and asked me if I liked the Kia Sorento. I told her that was my dr walking through the parking lot and along came the sweet Lori. She was so friendly and asked me if I liked the Kia Sorento. I told her that was my dream car but I thought it was too far out of my budget. She didn't push me and asked if she could show me how I could afford the Sorento. Well, I ended up driving my dream Sorento and I had the best experience. The whole staff was so friendly, I didn't feel pressured and Terry, the sales manager even came out to meet me. I will send all my friends to Lori because it was like buying a car from a friend. She was Wonderful and I plan on always going to see her. Lori Hewitt gave my dream, thanks Lori. More
I was searching for a vehicle and my daughter found one at Kia along with a few others that were at other dealerships. Our saleman, Jay Smith, was awesome! Our experience with Rountree Moore Kia was pleasant and the whole staff treated us with respect and went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible during our purchase. Our salesman, Jay Smith, was very knowledgable about the Kia Soul and went over every detail that the Kia Soul offered. Jay wasn't a pushy sales person and was very friendly. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and explained all our options. We were very impressed on the kindness and knowledge that Jay gave us. He went above and beyond and we will definately be returning to Rountree Moore and ask for Jay Smith on our next purchase. More

The staff at this dealership resorted to bullying and threats when we were unsure if we wanted to purchase our car. When we tried to stop the deal we were threatened and we were told they would ruin my c threats when we were unsure if we wanted to purchase our car. After giving the dealership a check for what was suppose to be the first monthly payment sent in with the deal, the finance conpany call me and said they never received payment. I will never buy another car from this dealership. More
I went in looking for a car and waiting for the attack of a high pressure sale. I was pleasantly surprised to have Charlie"Catfish" to approach me. he was very nice and eased any doubts I had.
