I fell in love with a decked out Optima that it turned out was too expensive for us right now. Lori suggested leasing, which I knew nothing about. Mike gave the clearest explanation imaginable, comparing the costs over time with buying and leasing, and even drew a chart for us. We felt confident choosing that option because of his "lesson" on paper. We didn't lease the decked out version - the one that Lori says has bells and whistles - but probably will in a couple of years. I love our new Kia, though, and it feels just as luxurious as I could want. More

She was very knowledgeable about the different cars she showed us. She made me feel like I made a great choice. She fought all day for us, since the whole process of being approved for a first time car buyer was much more grueling than I imagined. She made sure we were comfortable and accommodated us in any way she could. After we bought the car I needed some assistance from her and she was there for me even then!! I would definitely recommend Lori. More

I wasn't planning to buy right then, but was seriously looking. We had been to a LOT of dealerships shopping around. Lori's friendly attitude( not at all pushy) combined with her knowledge of the vehicle(Optima) sold us that night. They didn't have exactly what we wanted, but made short time of getting what we wanted. Every time I went there for service, Lori addressed me by name & spoke as if we had just talked yesterday.We returned in may, 2014(again not expecting to buy), & came home extremely happy with a brand new Sorento! Last year we had bought a Kia Sorento and we loved it, but it wasn't meeting all our needs, so Lori Hewitt came to our rescue once again. She saw us pulling into the lot and immediately recognized us and met us and although we were unsure we could purchase another Kia so soon, Lori reassured us that it was possible. We have bought a few vehicles from Roundtree Moore and know most of the kind and caring staff so we felt comfortable as Lori stepped into action to make things happen. Our test drive was awesome and Lori pointed out many things we didn't know the car could even do. When Lori told us we were approved and our price was right, we knew Lori and Roundtree Moore helped make dreams come true. And another surprising thing is, Lori and most of the people who worked there when we bought our first car are still working there and I know why. It's because it's a wonderful place to work and they all work as a team and we truly admire that. Lori has not only sold us two cars, she's become a part of our family and we totally trust her, because she works hard and goes above and beyond to help us.
