I went in upset over a over a bad experience I had somewhere else and went out with a smile and a new car. Lori Hewitt was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She showed me a dozen vehicles over serval weeks. she never got the i don't care attitude with me. We recently visited this dealership to look at a new car. We told the salesman if he brought us a deal we liked we would be interested in running it through the banks to see what happened. After several unac We told the salesman if he brought us a deal we liked we would be interested in running it through the banks to see what happened. After several unacceptable offers and 4 hours later we told the salesman if he could do something to call us. The next day I recieved several warnings from my credit monitoring company that there had been 8 inquiries. We never authorized this dealership to submit any credit applications. I spoke to the sales manager and was told he would look into it. We have tried to call the dealership several times since and no one returns our call. More
