I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I have never had a worse experience with getting work done to my truck. I brought my 2014 Ford F150 in for several different issues I was having. Most of the "diagnosis " I received were pretty terrible, boarding on ridiculous. After bringing my truck in on a Friday, and they had to keep it several days before they could even tell me what they thought it needed, I got the report on a Tuesday afternoon, when I contacted them not them communicating with me. I had my rear defrost not being able to turn on. I was told the problem was the button on the console to turn it on was bad. They would have to pull out the entire radio and climate control from the dash to send it off for repair. Told me it would take a couple days to get done. I had to call back to find out if it was done yet to find out that now it would take more than a week to get my parts back in. After two weeks, and again I had to contact them, not them reaching out to me, I was told the parts were in but it wasn't working quite right. Defrost would turn on but the light for the defrost button didn't turn on. When I told them I was upset that it took this long to get this fixed and did not want to wait longer to get my truck back they offered to not charge me for the repair since the defrost button light did not come on. I agreed and went to pick up my truck the next day. When I got my truck I tried to turn on the air conditioning and the vents blew out hot air even though the climate control knob was set to cold. I kept playing with the knob and figured out if I turned the knob halfway between hot and cold then I could get cold air to come out. This was definitely not ok as the a/c worked fine when I took the truck in. I went back to dealership and told them the problem and that I wanted this fixed as something they had done when removing/attempting to repair the defrost button has caused the new issue since this whole radio and climate control section of the dash had been messed with by them. They told me that they didn't cause the problem and since they hadn't been requested to work on that part originally when I first brought it in that they had no way of knowing if it had been like that before they got the truck. I was furious that they did not seem to care at all about what they did. I would strongly recommend everyone stay away from this place as they are either inept at their job, dishonest, or both. More

After several not-so-great experiences with another Ford dealer I decide to take my truck to Rountree-Moore Ford in Lake City. The service department at Rountree-Moore is by far the best Ford dealer service department that I have experienced. The status of my repair was never in limbo as Jessica (my service advisor) was in constant contact with me to make sure that everything went smoothly.
