service writer assumptions this service department has over filled my Colorado on two separate occasions. I caught the issue before leaving the dealership the second time, had t this service department has over filled my Colorado on two separate occasions. I caught the issue before leaving the dealership the second time, had the service writer fix the issue. the service writer assumed that i had the LT trim truck and assumed that the V-6 engine is in my vehicle. However, it doesn't take much investigation to see that my truck doesn't have the LT interior nor the badge on the tailgate showing it is a V-6, lastly the technician did not pay any attention to the engine nor the dipstick because that shouldn't have left his bay in that manner. More

scheduled an appointment for 8am got there at 7:50. I waited around until 9:40 am until i just couldn't take it anymore. Why schedule 10 people for 8am? All I went in for was an oil change.
