I’ve enjoyed taking my Trailblazer to Roundtree. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It took no time to service my car. I was in and out. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It took no time to service my car. I was in and out. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. More
I doubt very seriously if anyone will actually read this, or that anything will come of it, but I will invest my time here to try and prevent this from happening to people in the future. The service was exce or that anything will come of it, but I will invest my time here to try and prevent this from happening to people in the future. The service was excellent, but the deceptive pricing practices are terrible. I received an email with a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $39.99 for the truck that I purchased new from this dealer in 2017. I had previously received a coupon and made an appointment, but when I showed up for my appointment, I was told that the coupon didn't cover my truck. I thought I'd give the dealership another chance with this coupon and gave them a call and emailed them to verify that the coupon was good and that it covered all of the charges associated with the service. The service desk replied via email and verified that the coupon was valid for my truck. I was assured that the price of $39.99 covered everything including the oil filter. After my service was completed and I was I checking out, I was confronted with a $62.00 bill that included an SSC Shop Supplies/Disposal charge for $18.08. This was an undisclosed amount that was not revealed to me when I arrived for service or told to me before my appointment even though I specifically asked if the price was inclusive of everything. When I tried to pay with a credit card, I was informed that there would be an additional 3.5% charge for my service. One more upcharge that was not told to me when I inquired of the total price. This dishonest and deceptive pricing should be told to the customer up front or done away with entirely. Nobody likes to be deceived, and it leaves a terrible rift in any trust that has been built up between your customer and the dealership's staff. It's a shame that this dealer is driving people away for $20 worth of deceit. Although the service did same me a little money, I will not be taking my truck back to this dealership for future service that can be performed at other locations. Further, I was contacted several days later by the Service Manager John Miller offering me a free oil change to try and compensate me for the bad experience and rating. I said I would be interested, but instead of providing me with a coupon or email validating the offer I was told I would have to guarantee a 100% rating before I would be given anything. This is a direct quote from the email I recieved: "Hey this is john from chevy we are going to give you a free oil change provided the GM customer service satisfaction survey you get is 100% good service thank you!" I responded with this 13 days ago and have heard nothing: "Hello John, If you're asking me to change my current survey results prior to an actual 100% good service interaction from the dealership then I will have to decline that offer. If you are offering me an oil change at no charge to "fix" the problem I experienced, and then asking for an honest review of the service I was given I will accept that offer. I'm not going to give a 100% good service review if I am treated improperly or deceived when I ask for service. I also cannot be bribed or blackmailed into giving a review that was not earned. If you give me the same kind of courteous, prompt service that I got when I came in on 9/23, with no hidden charges I can pledge that the review will be 100% good service. I will also reference the fact that the dealership went over and above to satisfy and correct a previous issue mentioned in the poor review, and if possible I would modify the first review to reflect that as well, but that would be after I actually receive the quality of service that I was shown on 9/23 without any hidden charges, not before. Please clarify what your Supervisor is asking for and we'll go from there" I was also contacted by a Customer Relations Specialist, Michelle Whidden on 9/26 with the following: I responded to her with these full details, but no response from her...
