She had a bad attitude like having my business was a bother to her. When I went to pick up my car, I asked for her, I could see her standing there talking to a man having a personal xx type conversation bother to her. When I got her attention she just looked at me like I was crazy and I told her my name and that I was there to get my car she rolled her eyes and walked into the booth. The guy she was talking to said hello and apologized for the wait. She got my paperwork and said she take me in there. She went into the cashier booth and put paperwork in front of me and said sign here here, and here didn't offer any explanation as to what I was signing so I started reading it and she breathed hard as if it was annoying her and quickly said basics of what the paperwork was, I continued to read she dropped her pen on the counter, when I finished reading, my husband asked if y'all offered a military discount and she ripped up the paperwork said yeah I'll have to start over, gimme a minute and she stomped away. Came back with new papers and said sign the places again. Then we had a question about something under the hood she came over and said what is the problem? My husband started telling her she says let me get a tech I don't know nothing about cars. We were u satisfied with the tech response to our question. It is my opinion that Kendall should find a job not dealing with the public where she doesn't have to look presentable or be nice to people. She was inappropriate, and appeared disheveled. More

Roundtree Moore Chevrolet was the worst car buying experience in my life. I Traded my paid off 2023 LTZ Silverado truck for a 2025 Redesigned Tahoe paid the difference via cashiers check. Well came across a deal about month later went to trade it in at Lexus but that was stopped in it's tracks there was a lein reported on the Title for Gm Financial. GM Financial had no records of this lein on my vehicle or Vin. Also i know the electronic PAPERWORK I SIGNED SAID NONE in the Leinholders name place. That's where the games began and charade started. Everyone was flat out gaslighting me to death. I argued with the dealership with Gm Financial over and over for 3 weeks the sales man was amazing tried everything he could to help me The manager with promises it was fixed and ive have my title in 14 days well 20 goes by more calls and run around. But those sleezy car sales managers tried everything to play down the situation. Well I'm out time, money aggravation loss of deal of lifetime at lexus. Not until I showed up to the dealership loosing my xxxx and explaining the situation to everyone would listen in front of other customers. I was demanding a free and clear title or a 100% refund. The sad part was nobody really knew how to fix the problem nor was a refund even considered. I literally had to tell the sales manager. How to remove the lein based of what Gm Financials told me they needed to do. More
