Wait time was horrible Bought two vehicles this past week. Love the vechicles, hated the wait time to get paperwork ready for signing. Associate that I dealt with was both professional and personable so have no complaints with him. First man , unsure of name got paperwork for car ready fast and even called us in following day to resign with better rate. When I bought truck on Monday, had own financing, called two hours ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait long to sign papers, had bank check in hand. Still ended up waiting. I did raise some xxxx about it since I figure I gave them enough time to have everything ready when I got their but I was wrong. I know I'm not your only customer, I get that, but to wait as long as I did was not acceptable to me. I will be coming back to have another key made and a key fob made. I also would like to find out if I can get a owners manual on the truck since it has a lot of features that I'm unfamiliar with. All in all I would date you with a 5. More

Yes and no to recommend At first, my experience with this dealership was great. They were eager to sell as it was the end of the month. Well, he was right, I do love this car. It’s exactly what I wanted . The delivery was great. Price was good. So the problem is that I left my garage door opener in my old car. That was my fault. I called Jordan the same day and told him. I called him the next day, and he said he had it, and even sent me a picture of it. That was April 1st. I still don’t have it. I called Lance his boss about a month ago. He said it would be a priority to get it to me. Never heard another word. So, this dealership is all about the sale, which I get. I am in sales myself. But once the sale is made, they don’t want to know anything or help someone out. That’s why I gave them three stars. If it’s lost then just tell me, or offer to replace it. Say something. More
