Appt 830am on Saturday for oil change. Scheduled as “wait at dealership for vehicle.” 1.5 hours later with no follow up. Had to find advisor for update. They came back and said my vehicle Scheduled as “wait at dealership for vehicle.” 1.5 hours later with no follow up. Had to find advisor for update. They came back and said my vehicle was still second in line to even be pulled back. I understand busy morning but if the scheduled appts are not on schedule, the customer should be informed immediately on process. I’ve been using Chevrolet for years. Unfortunately I have to take my business elsewhere bc of lack of consideration for the customer service. More

I had to return the vehicle to have the alight corrected. I asked numerous time for a alignment sheet, never got it. My last request wasn't even answered.
