Love my 2025 Trailblazer just did NOT like that you have to buy the advantage plan on new vehicles. And they still done Nothing at all extra to my car. I went to the service at Ford by accident and they told me to go across the parking lot to the Kia dealer. The employees were great, especially Michael Smith who helped me. However, I question the Morgan Auto Group and their ideas. I called to make an appointment and thought I was speaking with someone at the helped me. However, I question the Morgan Auto Group and their ideas. I called to make an appointment and thought I was speaking with someone at the dealership. However, you are actually talking to someone at a call center. They assisted in making my appointment, but when I arrived at the dealership, they could not help me due to the time it would take to repair my vehicle and the afternoon appointment. Why wouldn’t the call service know this but yet sent me to the dealership? Fortunately, I was able to adjust my travel schedule and leave my vehicle at the dealership. Mr. Smith went above and beyond to help me and keep me updated on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. More
