Nort Sure who posted this for me but it wasn't Me !! I was Very Very disappointed in yall Service!! Expecially the $31.50 misc charge that ended up being me making a Appt with Yall ???? My Wife took her Explorer to ROUNTREE FORD for warranty repairs & the next day the battery was dead. I’ve got 14 batteries on 4 wheelers, Boat, Mule, John Deere & ExMark, Harley etc., I’m always monitoring the water levels on all of them with capped wet cells. I have 8 batteries out of the 14 that are maintenance free sealed batteries, my truck, her Explorer & one 4 wheeler, John Deere, Tractor, Harley & one Exmark. The next day after her service at ROUNTREE FORD her Explorer would not start. When I opened the hood I saw a capped wet cell battery where her maintenance free battery once set. I have 4 battery maintainers I alternate between all of my batteries therefore I am very familiar with every battery each of my machines has. ROUNTREE has denied any wrongdoing but I know thievery had occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. The way this was handled by this company they will never get one red cent from me.
