They did not explain what work was needed even though I asked when I dropped it off until after they had completed $2,300 of work. Then I was informed that my vehicle still needed another $4,500 of work be asked when I dropped it off until after they had completed $2,300 of work. Then I was informed that my vehicle still needed another $4,500 of work before it would be roadworthy. My truck sat on their lot for 3 months before a resolution was made. Completely unacceptable. No calls on progress nothing. I will never go back. I had even tried to contact the general manager. Left numerous messages with no return calls. More
