You did the right thing by bringing in your vehicle to get serviced with us for your cooling issue, and I am disappointed that we were unable to resolve the issue through our diagnostics. I certainly would like to get this resolved for you with my personal help and consideration for your time. Also, I’d like to hear more from you on your A/C issue. It would be unlikely that we could damage your condenser while working on your coolant system. Brandon, I appreciate you responding to my review. As I stated in my post the van was brought in for an oil change and to determine why it was running hot. I had them do a fluid flush to try to remove an "air pocket" from the coolant line. They completed this and I was charged the $170 for the flush and it did nothing to cure the problem. As for the AC it was working perfectly fine when I brought the vehicle in and upon picking it up (keep in mind I had just been given the report from your service department saying everything was working fine and confirmed with the technician that he had been running it for almost 2 hours) the AC blew hot air it did not work. After literally driving around the block I returned the van at which point you could see fluid leaking out of the front grill. I was told if these were under warranty everything would be taken care of. (I Was never given any type of estimate) When the repair was completed I received a call from Lynne stating I now owed $515 for a problem that was not there when the Van was dropped off. After speaking with both Lynne and another man that said he was the dealership manager he had said he would "discount" the price to $450 if it would make me happy I told him it would not make me happy as the repair did not need to be made before the car was in your possession. He said fine if I wanted my van back it would be the entire $515 or he would drain the freon out of it. I have honestly never been treated so bad by someone portraying themselves as a manager. I honestly felt like I was being blackmailed. He also told me that the part had broken from the time the technician parked the van and the time I had got into it. That it was in perfect working condition when they finished and it was just a coincidence that it went out at exactly that time. (which is completely insulting) After going back and forth for nearly 20 minutes he said he would "discount it to $275 if I would just come get the van and go away. e,. I agreed because we had to go on a trip the following day and I needed the vehicle. Once I picked up the vehicle it was still running hot and I called Lynne and left a voicemail that was never returned. We own 3 Nissans and I was planning on buying another truck but this whole experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth I question my brand loyalty.
