Stay far away from the dealership. The bad reviews are true and believe them. We bought a used car and expect it to be mechanical sound and reliable turns out it's not after the said mechanics worked on i true and believe them. The same day it doesn't work at all it wouldn't go into reverse. And the xxxx greedy xxx delarahip will not take this vehicle back. I am in contact with Nissan Corporation to explain the whole situation. These people are scammers and will rob you. I will be out there soon enough with signs protesting for whats right. More
Everyone was great. Joe was kind, compassionate and listened to what I was looking for. I had a wonderful experience at Round Rock Nissan from start to finish. I drove from Houston to this dealership, and everyone was very nice and pleasant. I would not recommend Nissan to anyone I know. I will never purchase another Nissan. I I took my car to the Round Rock location just to have an overall inspection done just to make sure everything was O never purchase another Nissan. During that inspection I was told that there was a recall on my master cylinder. They would order it and let me know when it came in but my car was safe to drive. We are now almost two months from when I took my car in. My master cylinder went out while I was driving. Thank god my child was not in the car with me. I called the round rock location was pushed around to several people just to be told that my Master cylinder was coming in that day. If they think I believe that they must think I’m stupid, I have other choice words I would rather use. However I am very well-versed in vehicle‘s. Just because I am a women doesn’t mean I don’t know what I am talking about. I asked for a call from the the service manager Jason I never received a call we’re two days in. I was given the Nissan One number and called again spoke to four different people all playing the blame game. Until I finally spoke to somebody and customer affairs who opened a complaint. I was then told that I would receive a call back from a supervisor in 4 to 6 hours. Because I wanted my case taken up the chain. Here we are almost 24 hours later no phone call. Not from customer affairs not from the service manager Jason. I called customer fairs again today and was told that there are so many complaints and callbacks that it will be two business days before I may receive a call. But their normal time for a callback is 24 hours. I asked how this customer affairs rep would feel if they were in my shoes. Her response was I’m sorry I can’t give my personal opinion. If it is going to take that long to receive a call back due to the volume of calls or receiving Nissan there’s a problem. My car still sits where it broke down because Nissan tells me it’s my fault and they’re not gonna pay for towing. I am absolutely beyond frustrated (again would rather use other choice words) with Nissan, and have never been treated like this before. I even had a major issue with another shop and they went above and beyond to make it right. All Nissan wants to do it play the blame game instead of backing up their issues and recalls on their vehicles. More

BUYERS BEWARE! My significant other purchased a 2006 Nissan Xterra for $6000, Round Rock Nissan wouldn't budge on price due to them spending, what we were told was, $3,000 in maintenance. My significant Nissan Xterra for $6000, Round Rock Nissan wouldn't budge on price due to them spending, what we were told was, $3,000 in maintenance. My significant other was told the engine had a misfire but was corrected and that there were four brand new tires on the vehicle, after closer examination, we found only one tire was replaced. He then received signed maintenance records showing everything checked out and everything was all good to go. We were planning to use the vehicle to move however, 50 minutes into our drive the transmission went out. He owned the vehicle for 10 days and 315 miles. We just had the transmission and radiator replaced for just over $5100. Prior to getting the car fixed we contacted both the dealership and Nissan's corporate office. Rock Rock Nissan told me they refused to help me with the cost of the repairs and Nissan's corporate said they had spoken to the dealership and told them to call us about this issue. Round Rock Nissan NEVER called. Ultimately, we are extremely disappointed with this Nissan dealership for completely disregarding us and refusing to make this right on their part in any way. Save yourself the heart ache and DO NOT buy from this company. If we could, Round Rock Nissan would get a zero star rating from us. More

Bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" ashtray My wife and I recently purchased a CPO - 2018 Pathfinder Platinum from Ricardo Cervantes on June 18th of this year. The vehicle is nice, was clean an My wife and I recently purchased a CPO - 2018 Pathfinder Platinum from Ricardo Cervantes on June 18th of this year. The vehicle is nice, was clean and in overall great shape. Once the smell added to cover the overwhelming smoke odor wore off the vehicle became unbearable. I had given the dealership an opportunity to correct this on Thursday June 27th. The vehicle was delivered back to me with a strong bleach odor that covered the smoke but that soon wore off too. I have paid to have the interior detailed and the leather scrubbed and conditioned along with a thorough carpet cleaning. Again, this helped but not for long. I have used 8 scent "bombs" over the past month along with sprays for the AC system and more odor products for the carpet, leather, vents etc.. The vehicle is just not driveable because of the smell. I have made my first payment just disgusted at the stench and this beautiful new car that I have to live with that causes everyone's clothes to stink when they ride with me. More
