WHITE 2020 RANGE ROVER After agreeing on a price, completing a credit application (with e-signature), securing backup financing with my own credit union (because their credit department was dragging completing a credit application (with e-signature), securing backup financing with my own credit union (because their credit department was dragging their feet), buying airline tickets to fly in and pick it up.....the dealership backs the vehicle into something and damages the tailgate. They then decide that they won't discount the vehicle by the repair estimate I obtained so I can pick it up two days later ($3,500), because their shop can do the repairs for $800 (can you imagine the crappy bodywork they'll do for $800), and I can reschedule my trip. They tell me I didn't have a "deal" because I hadn't signed their paperwork (from 1,800 miles away), even though they were more than happy to honor our deal before they wrecked the vehicle. I know it would have sucked for them, but they damaged it. Rather than honoring our deal, they'll do some crap bodywork to it and sell it to someone else. Hope you're not looking at it now! More
