UPDATE: We reached out to Jason the GM on March 21 and are STILL waiting to hear from him. After paying out of pocket to Round Rock Honda to repair the clutch we found that there was a Technical Service Bulletin issued pertaining to the 2021 Civic and subpar materials used for the clutch leading to premature failure. Only after filing a complaint with corporate Honda and providing Round Rock Honda the TSB number did Round Rock Honda refund the full amount (over $2500) for the clutch repair. We are still waiting for the spare key that was promised and now have expired temporary plates that Round Rock Honda can't fix nor can they tell us when the permanent plates will be in. This has to be the WORST customer service we have ever experienced. BUYER BEWARE OF ROUND ROCK HONDA!
