I went to your dealership with the intent to test drive and potentially purchase a vehicle after my car was totaled I’m a hailstorm. I even put my name on the “waiting list” (never heard of that before) and tried to get the attention of several sales associates. The fact is you are selling so many cars at or above MSRP that you no longer value the individual customer. I was shocked. I am no longer interested in purchasing a vehicle from Round Rock Honda. From what I saw, it’s also just a terrible time to buy a car. I’ll Uber for a few months and then check out other dealers.
