This is our fourth car from Rouen. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Jason Woodcock...big shout out to you as well!! Thanks for getting us down to the payment area we wanted to be in and still walked out with a brand new vehicle. The whole experience was not only exciting, trying to find our new vehicle, but also a no hassle experience. I recommend Robert to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Amazing Experience! Buying a vehicle is never fun. It is a give and take; take and give experience. I want what I want and the dealer always wants what they want. Who really makes out on the deal? My husband went out to Rouen with this same mentality. We didn't really need to anything but he wanted a new truck. Not really expecting anything, he met Scott Scheatzle. Not your typical car salesman to say the least. He was very interested in what my husband wanted and what he could really give him. Scott wanted to make my husband a deal and really wanted him to have a new truck. Scott went over and above from the initial conversation to the purchase to the accessories and then the follow-up calls. We would recommend this dealership, Scott and his superiors to anyone looking or dreaming to buy a car. They will help you if they can. This experience has changed our perception of car buying. Getting ripped off Very unhappy would not advise anyone to buy or have your vehicle worked on we bought a used truck 2 weeks later there was a problem took it in this is Very unhappy would not advise anyone to buy or have your vehicle worked on we bought a used truck 2 weeks later there was a problem took it in this is after we had bought a bumper to bumper warranty they didnt want to cover it we hired an attorney so finally they fixed what they wanted to 2 weeks later there was another problem they said there was nothing wrong finally we took it to another place to find out the tork converter was going out bottom line be ware they are not trust worthy More

He did delivered exactly what he said he would. We drove from Columbus, Ohio to lease a car with Daniel. I had called him a Wednesday said I wanted to lease the 2017 Pacifica that was advertised and We drove from Columbus, Ohio to lease a car with Daniel. I had called him a Wednesday said I wanted to lease the 2017 Pacifica that was advertised and turn in my lease. I told him I didn't want to spend much time there because my kids would be with me and I was driving a long distance. He had the Pacifica cleaned and ready to go and all of the paperwork ready. There were no surprises when I signed the paperwork. The dollar amount was everything he said it was. I will only buy a car with Daniel going forward. He is amazing to work with and a great family guy. More
