Initially our buying experience was great because we bought the exact vehicle we were in search of. However, this was short lived due to a mistake made by the finance department. In essence, we paid ca bought the exact vehicle we were in search of. However, this was short lived due to a mistake made by the finance department. In essence, we paid cash for the extended warranty separate from the cash down payment. We were called a week later and they wanted an additional amount ($1700.00) because they made a mistake and applied the $1700 to the down payment. We had only authorized the $1700 to pay for the warranty which was a completely separate transaction. This issue is still ongoing and has yet to be resolved. I was referred to this dealership and at this point I cannot recommend it to anyone else in the market for a vehicle. Also, the salesman we worked with promised a free fill up the following which never materialized due to excuse after excuse. We gave up on the free fill up because we have busy professional lives and do not have time for their antics. I will update this review at a later date dependent on their resolution to our problem they created with their mistakes. More
