To start off, I love the parts team! They are always helpful in getting me what I need. I have been a long time Rotolo customer and my whole life had owned only Chevrolet vehicles, I have gotten a lot o helpful in getting me what I need. I have been a long time Rotolo customer and my whole life had owned only Chevrolet vehicles, I have gotten a lot of parts there and had my recalls fixed there with no problem until recently. I have recently went to the service dept. I went in there to ask a question and get a little help with hooking up a vacuum gauge to my truck. I have had 2 other trucks and have always had someone be nice enough to have someone from service show me where to hook up the gauge.. it takes two min to show me, But this time the service lady told me that she could not have anyone help me and that it against company policy to have someone show where a simple little connection is...and her reason was that I wasn't a paying customer..what?! I told her that I was helped before and the whole dept looked at me like I was stupid! I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDTHE SERVICE DEPT AGAIN, as of how rude they were with there anwser and there lack of helping out long time loyal Chevrolet customers, I mean when I pay 40-50k for a truck I would sure like to get a lil help without to submit it into service for $100. I WILL ONLY RECOMMEND THE SALES AND PARTS TEAMS AS THEY ARE AWESOME More

This was a completely new experience for me. Lucy was knowledgeable and I felt like she had my interests at heart. Showed up to the Dealership just to check out the Tahoe's. Was skeptical about getting a good deal because I had a trade in and wanted to keep a good low payment. Jerod approached me and was the complete opposite of the bad rep car salesmen get. He was a cool guy and cut to the chase. Quickly upraised my trade in and gave me a great price on a Tahoe LT. After seeing the great price they provided on the new car, in the back of my mind I was waiting to be insulted on what they would give me on the trade in. They handled business!!! Great experience. Jerod has a good personality and keeps it real. Got what I needed out of my trade in so I wouldnt be upside down and game me a smoking deal. Took my Chevrolet Equinox in for a water leak coming into the cab of the vehicle. Have an extended warranty but unfortunately the hose which was leaking wasn't covered. The leak was from the sunroof with som the cab of the vehicle. Have an extended warranty but unfortunately the hose which was leaking wasn't covered. The leak was from the sunroof with some type of drainage hose which ran from the interior of the frame of the car. Due that the labor to get this out and replace it was so time consuming, a $15 dollar part ended up costing me $279. Replied to one of their customer surveys and stated that I was unsatisfied. Received a call today from Bill from Rotolo Chevrolet and he stated that even though the work wasn't covered under warranty that they would like to keep me as a satisfied customer and with the low mileage (about 42,000) on the vehicle, they would like to reimburse me the whole $279. Definetly a great surprise, and very satisfied with the customer service. I would definetly not hesitate on recommending Rotolo Chevrolet to any friends or associates. Seems as if they really do care about the customer, and if you have a legitimate concern or complaint they will do what they can to help resolve it. Had purchased a truck from Rotolo in 1999 through the Costco Program, which brought us back to Rotolo. Met with Darryl back in November 2011, got pricing but with economics what they are, really had to Costco Program, which brought us back to Rotolo. Met with Darryl back in November 2011, got pricing but with economics what they are, really had to stop to think. Even had a 2004 Silverado that ultimately had 425 K miles with very few mechanical problems and still had the original factory brakes. After looking at other brands realized I was a Chevy Man, so back to Rotolo I went. Looked and test drove a 2011, didn't quite have all the bells and whistles I wanted but Darryl said there was a 2012 that met all my needs. Went back a few days later and there was Darryl, and the 2012 Silverado. Needless to say with the way I was treated (no pressure)& with friendly Rotolo employees that same 2012 Silverado Pick Up truck in sitting in my garage. And Rotolo is the only place in my opinion to buy your vehicles. Thank you Darryl Mayberry and Rotolo Chevrolet. More
